A taste of The Body Journey Massage Experience® in this express training module with founder, Tonia Lach
Experience a taste of how to integrate massage, acupressure energy work, and sound into one deluxe session.
This workshop is power-packed with self-help tools for clearing, restoring and moving energy in the body. Upon completion, you will feel like you have had a Body Journey Massage Experience® without getting on the table. A Body Journey Massage® is a multimodality bodywork treatment utilizing sound, touch, and energy – a massage that goes beyond muscle into the cosmos!
We will begin with a crystal bowl voice overtone sound bath that will open up your energy system, allowing you to easily feel your own chi pulsing throughout your body. You will then learn the location and attributes to four Chinese meridians and be guided on how to move that chi using acupressure energy-work – a potent self-healing technique. Towards the end, a participant will be invited to hop onto a massage table and Tonia will demonstrate weaving all of the elements of a Body Journey together. Everyone will leave feeling clear and full of energy because sound gives energy to the body – let’s play with it!. This class is open to anyone interested in the healing arts, and if you are a massage therapist you will leave with powerful tools to apply to your practice.

This is an introduction to the Body Journey® Certification Program which permits you to offer this high end experience on your menu of services. The certification program is provided via taking all express training modules PLUS the tie it all together session. It is also offered in a retreat format two times a year in the SF Bay Area and accounts for 24 CEUs.
